UK Education Agency & Ground Operations

Accredited UK schools.
Every detail on the ground.

VerbaX places overseas student groups into accredited UK summer schools, English programmes and specialist courses — and coordinates the entire UK ground operation for every group we place. One partner, one contact, from enquiry to departure.

Not sure what you need yet? Tell us the group size and the dates — we'll build the rest with you.

Programmes

Six programme types, one placement partner.

Tell us the ages, level and dates and we will propose the accredited school and programme that actually fits — with the UK ground operation included.

From arrival to departure

From first enquiry to the flight home.

Placement and logistics are one chain. A weak link anywhere and the programme suffers, so we hold the whole chain rather than passing you between suppliers.

  1. 01Step 01

    Brief

Tell us the group size, ages, dates, English level and budget. A rough outline is enough to start.

  2. 02Step 02

    Placement

We match the group to an accredited partner school that fits the ages, level, dates and budget — not simply whichever school has space.

  3. 03Step 03

    Confirmation

Tuition, accommodation, activities and transfers come back as one written programme with one price per student.

  4. 04Step 04

    Arrival

Meet and greet at Heathrow or Gatwick, all terminals, then a private coach transfer to the school or campus.

  5. 05Step 05

    Programme

Lessons, activities and excursions run to the agreed schedule, with UK support available throughout the stay.

  6. 06Step 06

    Departure

Campus to airport transfer, timed to the check-in window for the group's terminal.

Partner schools

We place students into accredited schools only.

Every partner school in our network holds recognised UK accreditation. That is the filter applied before a group is placed anywhere.

  • British Council
  • English UK
  • Quality English
  • IALC

The accreditation listed above is held by our partner schools. VerbaX is the education agency arranging placement and UK ground operations.

Partner school locations

  • London
  • Manchester
  • Oxford
  • Cambridge
  • and surrounding areas

Included as standard

Every group we place gets the ground operation handled.

Placement is only half of it. What decides whether a trip runs smoothly is everything between the airport and the classroom — so we coordinate that ourselves rather than handing you to a third party.

  • Airport transfers

Heathrow and Gatwick, all terminals, with meet and greet on arrival.

  • Coach transport

Private group transport to the school or campus, and for every excursion day.

  • Cultural excursions

London, Oxford, Cambridge, Windsor and Stonehenge, arranged around the timetable.

  • Support throughout

A UK contact available for the duration of the programme.

Programmes

Programmes built around your group.

We don't sell packages. You give us the constraints — who is coming, when, from where, and what the trip is for — and we return a timed programme with costs against it.

Why VerbaX

An education agency that also runs the ground.

Most organisers deal with a school, a transport company and an excursion supplier separately. One relationship removes the gaps between them.

A single UK contact
School placement, transport and logistics through one relationship, rather than assembling three or four UK suppliers yourself.
Accredited schools only
Every partner school holds British Council, English UK or Quality English accreditation. Checked before placement, not after.
Flexible programmes
From one-week mini stays to six-week summer schools. Junior and adult groups. Built to the budget you actually have.
Fully supported arrival
UK arrivals, campus transfers and excursion days coordinated as standard for every group we place.
Built around your group
Ages, English level, dates and objectives decide the placement — not whichever school happens to have availability.
One written programme
Tuition, accommodation, activities and transfers priced together, per student, so you can quote your families directly.

Planning a UK group programme?

Tell us the dates, the group size and roughly what you have in mind. We'll come back with the practical options and what it costs.

  • You don't need a finished plan — a group size and a month is enough to start.
  • One reply, one point of contact, one quotation covering the whole programme.
  • Nothing is a fixed package. Everything is priced against your actual group.
01 — Who you are
02 — The group

A1 to C2, or a short description. Leave blank if mixed.

03 — The programme
04 — Travel

London, Oxford, Stonehenge — or tell us the theme and we'll suggest.

06 — Tell us about the group

Rough notes are fine. Even one line — we'll come back with the questions.
